Visual Clicks, Inc. will begin services after finalization of the agreement. Kindly note the guidelines below that govern the partnership.
Scope of work. As mutually agreed in the enclosed proposal, Visual Clicks, Inc. will offer services of a creative and digital marketing nature along with any associated services.

Payments The payment procedures and schedule set forth in the agreed-to proposal are binding. Payments that are late will result in the realtime services being suspended, or possibly, discontinued. Clients from outside the country will incur any extra fees or charges associated with the payment class of service or foreign currency conversion.

Confidentiality Both parties are required to take reasonable steps to secure the confidential information pertaining to the project and not disclose it to any unauthorized parties, absent a prior agreement.

Any and Ownership Principal and derivative works will remain the property of Visual Clicks as long as the payment terms are fulfilled. Rights to the works are granted to the Client only after all payments are made.

Limitations of Liability Visual Clicks, Inc. will not be responsible for any fees and costs that are associated with service used for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Termination points Either party is free to terminate the services with a pre set payment after providing the services with written notice that payment is for unfinished work.

Applicable Law The Terms for Clients from outside the country are the same but rest any country specific rights will be ignored as aurdislimited in the rest of the terms.

Visual Clicks, Inc. will be be related from aurdis as long as other terms are being fulfilled.
