• Clients must comply with legal and ethical guidelines while using our services.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed pricing and schedule.

• Advance payments are required for project initiation.

• Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

• All fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, designs, and deliverables created by Visual Clicks Agency remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except for third-party assets used under a license.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Modifications

• Clients are entitled to revisions as per the service package selected.

• Additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Visual Clicks Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.

• We are not responsible for any third-party issues, including hosting, domain registration, or platform-related changes affecting performance.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.

• We do not disclose client data to third parties without consent unless required by law.

8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

• If a client terminates the project mid-way, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

• Visual Clicks Agency reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in unethical, illegal, or abusive behavior.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

Visual Clicks Agency reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
