Cancellation Before Work Commencement or Within First 24 Hours

If a customer decides to cancel their order before we commence work or within the first 24 hours of placing the order, a refund will be issued. However, please note that certain fees are non-refundable. These non-refundable fees include:

• Processing Fee: This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing orders and initiating projects.
• Domain Purchase Fee: If we have already purchased a domain name on behalf of the customer, the fee for the domain will not be refunded.
• Server Purchase Fee: Similarly, if we have acquired server space for the project, the fee for server purchase will not be refunded.

• No refunds once work has commenced.
  
  Hosting cancellations within 7 days may qualify for a refund (excluding domain fees).
  Issues with completed work must be reported within 7 days for revisions.

The refund amount will exclude the non-refundable fees mentioned above.
