The philosophy of Visual Clicks Agency is to treat our clients with respect and to endeavor to provide services of highest quality. The Refund Policy is aimed to clarify the circumstances surrounding the refund(s) for the services rendered.  
The Nature of the Service: All clients are offered creative and digital services, and once a project is underway or delivered, refunds are next to impossible.  

Advance Payment: Due to the planning and initiation of the project, any upfront payment rendered will always be non-refundable.  

Cancellation of the Project by the Client: The last payment is forfeited all the time when a client decides to cancel a project. In this case, payment is required only for the portion of work that is finished.  

Cancellation of the Project by the Agency: Visual Clicks Agency is not in a position to offer any definite amounts. Partial refunds may be offered dependent upon the pieces of data available and the work done.  

Disputes: All disputes with respect to refunds will be resolved in a flexible manner, Visula Clicks Agency will have the final say.
