5. Payments and Refunds: 50% deposit required before work begins. Project timelines vary based on complexity.
   Limited revisions available; additional revisions may incur extra charges. Payments are non-refundable once work starts.

6. Limitation of Liability: Visual Clicks Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid.

8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws. 
   Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is prohibited.
